Mission
Foster an environment of gender equality, where diversity is celebrated and stereotypes are challenged. Empower students and staff through education, support, and advocacy, creating a vibrant and inclusive community. Together, create lasting change and promote a more equitable society for all.
Vision
Create an inclusive and empowering environment that promotes gender equality, challenges gender stereotypes, and fosters a sense of belonging for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity. Envision a college community where gender equity is embraced, celebrated, and actively pursued, leading to a campus culture that respects and values the diverse experiences and perspectives of all its members.
Objectives
Empower individuals, challenge societal norms, and contribute to the creation of a more equitable and inclusive campus and society at large.
Increase awareness about gender-related issues through workshops, panel discussions, guest lectures, and awareness campaigns.
Create an inclusive and welcoming space for all individuals, irrespective of their gender identity, through events and activities.
Empower individuals by providing support and resources for personal growth and development.
Engage in advocacy efforts to promote gender equality and challenge discriminatory practices and policies.
Collaborate with other student clubs, organizations, and community groups for expanding the impact of the Gender Club.
Provide educational opportunities and skill-building workshops that promote critical thinking, empathy, and effective communication regarding gender issues.
Engage with the wider community and make a positive impact beyond the college campus.
